Notice Regarding the Special Refund Request Site for Paid Gems Following the End of Service of "Brave Frontier Versus"

Players who have an unused balance of prepaid payment instrument "Gems" issued for Brave Frontier Versus can apply for a special refund in accordance with Article 20, Paragraph 1 of the Payment Services Act.
Special refund applications can be submitted via the URL below.

  • *Only Paid Gems are eligible.
  • *The special refund for Paid Gems will be given at a rate of 2 JPY (tax inclusive) per 1 Paid Gem.

Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at 3:00 PM – Monday, August 24, 2026 at 3:00 PM

*All dates and times above are in Japan Standard Time (JST).

*Please note that requests submitted outside the period above will not be eligible for this special refund process.

How to Submit a Refund Request and How Refunds Will Be Issued

Please submit your special refund request via the URL above during the refund request period. The following three items are required to complete the special refund procedure:
• Player Name
• Support ID
• Email address
If you submit your request through the overseas portal, you must also provide your PayPal Account, bringing the total to four required items.

Player Name and Support ID will be automatically filled in on the special refund form when you access the refund site from the app after the end of service.


If special refund requests are submitted through both the Japan and overseas portals, we will review the relevant account's purchase history and handle the requests as follows:

If the currency used for payment at the time of purchase was Japanese yen:
We will approve the request submitted through the Japan portal and reject the request submitted through the overseas portal.

If the currency used for payment at the time of purchase was USD:
We will approve the request submitted through the overseas portal and reject the request submitted through the Japan portal.


Accounts for Which a Special Refund Has Been Requested

Accounts for which a special refund has been requested will be deactivated. These accounts will also no longer be usable on other platforms.
